5% Everyday Member Discount

All members get access to discounts available every day for their upcoming projects or unexpected repairs. Basic members get 5% off any quote or invoice, with a discount cap set at $500 per project. Discounts can be used repeatedly throughout the membership duration but only 1 discount will be applied per project. Member discounts and promotions can not be combined with any other discount or coupon unless otherwise stated.

Prioritized Appointments

All members will receive priority scheduling for requests on new installations or service calls. Basic members are guaranteed to be placed on the schedule within 48 hours of submitting a request for a quote or repair if not sooner. Response times may be delayed during severe weather conditions.

Yearly Home Assessment Report

After each visit, we will email a copy of the inspection report along with any additional documents within 5 business days of the visit. If the reports are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, a representative will reach out with an update from the visit. The report will summarize our findings during the inspection of the visible electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling units, and roof inspection where applicable. The report will also contain any suggested actions that should be taken to prevent issues down the line. Reports do not include information on all conditions or concerns associated with this property. The report will serve as a guide to help prioritize remedial needs.

Two In Person Visits From Our Technicians

Both Basic and Plus members will get two scheduled in-person visits per year with one of our technicians. During the visit, one of our technicians will conduct the inspections and services included in their respective memberships. EMS General Contractors will provide reminders and reach out by call, text, or email for scheduling.

Service Call Fee Waivers

Basic and Plus members have access to free service call visits during normal working hours throughout the duration of the term. During the visit, one of our technicians will come out in person to assess an ongoing issue and provide a quote for repairs. If additional materials or installations are needed to make repairs, those would be additional costs. Damage may be needed to the drywall or finish surface to find the issue. Repairs to drywall or other finish surfaces are not included.

Fixed Prices On Most Services

All memberships include access to our most common home services at a fixed price. These prices are before the everyday discounts are applied and are locked for the duration of the term. Prices for our most common repairs are subject to change when the membership term is renewed. When your membership renews, an updated list of our common services and current prices for the term will be sent out by email.

The services in the list provided during sign-up or renewal may have restrictions, may not apply to the property, are subject to availability of the compatible materials, assume there will be no additional repairs or installations needed to complete the service, assume the devices, fixtures, and/or equipment are installed according to current codes or recommendations from the manufacturer from the beginning, and may result in damages to the finish material (ex: drywall, wall panel, etc.). Any damages that would be required to complete the work will result in additional costs to make the repairs to the finished surface.

Visual Inspection Of Electrical System

During each visit, the technician will perform an inspection of the electrical system. The inspection of the electric systems is limited to readily visible and accessible components. Auxiliary items and electric elements such as generators, security/safety systems, home entertainment and communication systems, structured wiring systems, low-voltage wiring, and site lighting are not included in a standard home inspection. Accordingly, it is not possible to identify every wiring or electrical concern or condition that may be present. Any concerns found will be addressed in the report provided after the visit along with an estimate for any repairs or recommendations.

Visual Inspection Of Plumbing System

During each visit, the technician will perform an inspection of the property’s plumbing system. The inspection is limited to all permanently connected fixtures and readily visible pipes. Piping or other components concealed from view for any reason cannot be inspected. Furthermore, plumbing inspection does not include an analysis of water quality, inspection of private onsite water supply or sewage,  assessment/analysis of lead piping/solder or lead-in-water concerns, water filtration or treatment equipment, irrigation/fire sprinkler systems, outdoor/underground piping, and similar features generally are not evaluated. Accordingly, it is not possible to identify every piping or plumbing system concern or condition that may be present. Any concerns found will be addressed in the report provided after the visit along with an estimate for any repairs or recommendations.

Visual Inspection Of Heating & Cooling Units

During each visit, the technician will perform an inspection of all visible parts of the heating and cooling units. The inspection of heat pump, cooling, and/or heating systems is limited to readily visible and accessible elements. Elements concealed from view in an inaccessible area cannot be inspected. The inspection does not include a heat gain analysis, design or adequacy evaluations, energy efficiency assessment, installation compliance check, or refrigerant issues, or buried fuel tank inspections. The functional check of heat pump, cooling, and/or heating systems is limited to the operation of a basic cycle or mode and excludes the evaluation of thermostatic controls, timing devices, analysis of distribution system flow or temperatures, or operation of full system features. Accordingly, it is not possible to identify every heating and cooling system concern or condition that may be present. Any concerns found will be addressed in the report provided after the visit along with an estimate for any repairs or recommendations. Inspections for additional zones may be additional costs.

Change Air & Water Filters

Our technicians will replace the air filter for the furnace or air handler in the home, sediment pre-filters for the whole house water, and/or water filters for drinking water. All air or water filters must be provided and on-site at the time of the scheduled visit for us to replace the filters at no additional cost. The equipment must be readily accessible for the filters to be changed.

Change Light Bulbs

Our technicians will replace any burnt-out lightbulbs within the home that do not exceed 15’ in height at no additional cost. It is recommended that specialty or preferred light bulbs are provided by the customer. Our technicians only carry standard E26 base LED bulbs in 2.6K-4k temperatures as replacement bulbs. Light bulbs provided by the customer must be on-site at the time of the scheduled visit for us to replace them at no additional cost.
